Return Policy Terms and Conditions
General Conditions for Product Return
- Customers must notify Alusite of their intent to return a product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, as evidenced by shipment tracking or delivery acknowledgment.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
- Items made to order, custom products, or special configurations (such as non-standard sizes or finishes) are not eligible for return.
Refund Terms
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Alusite will inspect the returned goods upon receipt. If the returned item meets all required conditions, a refund will be issued within thirty (30) business days through the original method of payment. Shipping charges and any additional service fees are non-refundable.
Return Procedure- Contact Alusite Customer Support via LINE Official Account to initiate the return.
- Provide your order number along with clear photographs of the item(s) intended for return.
- Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by the support team.
Additional Notes
- If the returned item is damaged, incomplete, or does not meet the return conditions, Alusite reserves the right to reject the return and deny the refund.
- Refunds will only be issued through the same payment method used during the purchase.
