  Terms and Conditions of Payment

        By placing an order via the Alusite platform, you (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) acknowledge and agree to abide by all rules, instructions, procedures, policies, and future amendments issued by Alusite related to the purchase of goods and services. All such rules, whether published on the platform or otherwise communicated, shall become effective immediately upon publication or notification. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of any such revisions, whether or not explicitly acknowledged by you.

        You agree to make payments using legally valid credit or debit cards that are acceptable under applicable financial regulations. A payment shall be deemed completed once a confirmation is received from the payment gateway or processor.

        You further agree that you shall not initiate chargebacks or reversals of payment unless the goods are not delivered, or where the delivered products differ materially from the product descriptions provided at the time of order. The determination of what constitutes a “material difference” rests solely with Alusite.

General Conditions for Product Return

  1. Customers must notify Alusite of their intent to return a product within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, as evidenced by shipment tracking or delivery acknowledgment.
  2. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accompanying documentation.
  3. Items made to order, custom products, or special configurations (such as non-standard sizes or finishes) are not eligible for return.

Refund Terms

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Alusite will inspect the returned goods upon receipt. If the returned item meets all required conditions, a refund will be issued within thirty (30) business days through the original method of payment. Shipping charges and any additional service fees are non-refundable.
Return Procedure
  1. Contact Alusite Customer Support via LINE Official Account to initiate the return.
  2. Provide your order number along with clear photographs of the item(s) intended for return.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by the support team.

Additional Notes

  • If the returned item is damaged, incomplete, or does not meet the return conditions, Alusite reserves the right to reject the return and deny the refund.
  • Refunds will only be issued through the same payment method used during the purchase.
